Service provider and legal status

These terms govern the use of avoniro.com and services connected to the digital product Avoniro. Avoniro is developed by SardIT di Melis Andrea.

SardIT di Melis Andrea develops and operates the Avoniro digital product. VAT no. 04237200920. The final provider details will be published on the Legal notice page and shown in the footer as soon as available.

Until final legal details are published, these terms serve an informational and pre-contractual purpose. Any commercial activation, invoicing and live payments must be aligned with the final legal details.

Service description

Avoniro enables hosts, B&Bs, vacation rentals, short-term rentals and property managers to create digital guest guides, QR codes, connected materials, information pages, analytics and, through Avoniro Web, multilingual property websites.

Available features may vary based on the plan, service status, technical configuration and platform updates.

Account, free trial and proper use

• The user must provide correct data and keep login credentials confidential.
• The free trial, where available, allows testing the service for the period shown on commercial pages or checkout.
• Avoniro must not be used for illegal, misleading, offensive content or content infringing third-party rights or applicable law.
• The host remains responsible for the information published in their digital guide, QR codes and connected websites.

Prices, payments and invoicing

Prices published on the website may refer to Basic, Premium, Avoniro Web or custom offers. Unless otherwise stated, the actual duration, renewal, VAT, free trial and payment details are those shown in checkout or in the commercial proposal.

Online payments may be handled through Stripe. Invoicing will be issued by the final legal entity connected to SardIT after completion of tax registration.

Host content

The user retains ownership of content uploaded or entered into the platform, such as texts, images, property information, house rules, check-in details, services, local tips and SEO content.

By uploading content, the user authorizes Avoniro to process, display, publish and technically distribute it as necessary to provide the requested service.

Availability, changes and limitations

The service is developed with attention to continuity, security and quality, but maintenance, updates, technical interruptions or temporary limitations may occur. Avoniro may change features, interfaces, templates and technical components to improve the product or comply with legal and security requirements.

Privacy, cookies and personal data

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Hosts using the platform to process their guests' data may be subject to additional data processing agreements or instructions.

Updates to these terms

These terms may be updated to reflect service changes, completion of tax registration, plan changes, legal developments or new features. The updated version will be published on this page.
