Avoniro is the digital product available through avoniro.com. At this current operational stage, the project is developed and operated by SardIT di Melis Andrea.
SardIT di Melis Andrea develops and operates the Avoniro digital product. VAT no. 04237200920. Until the final company details are published, privacy requests can be sent to info@avoniro.com with “Avoniro Privacy” in the subject.

Data we may process
Through the website and connected services, we may process:
- identification and contact data, such as name, email address, subject and message content;
- commercial or technical request data, such as property type, number of rentals, plan of interest or described needs;
- newsletter data, such as email address, language, source page, consent and double opt-in status;
- technical, security and anti-spam data, such as IP address, user agent, application logs, Cloudflare Turnstile tokens and technical metadata;
- analytics data collected through Google Analytics 4 only after analytics consent;
- trial, account, payment and billing data when the user uses app.avoniro.com or activates paid services.
Purposes
Data is processed to:
- reply to requests sent through contact forms or email;
- provide information about Avoniro, Avoniro Web, plans, demos, free trial and connected services;
- manage newsletter subscription, double opt-in, promotional communications and unsubscribe requests;
- protect the website and forms from spam, abuse, unauthorized access and automated traffic;
- measure content performance in aggregated form and improve the website, only after analytics consent;
- comply with administrative, tax, accounting or legal obligations when applicable.
Legal bases
Processing may rely, depending on the case, on:
- pre-contractual steps requested by the user when sending a request or asking for commercial information;
- consent for newsletter, marketing, analytics and non-essential cookie categories;
- legitimate interest in security, fraud prevention, technical continuity and legal protection;
- legal obligation for administrative, tax or authority-related requirements.
Processing methods and security
Data is processed using electronic tools and technical and organizational measures designed to reduce risks of unauthorized access, loss, alteration or misuse. Access is limited to people who need it to provide support, manage requests, maintain the service and ensure security.
Recipients and providers
Data may be processed by technical providers required for the website and connected services, including:
- hosting, VPS, DNS, security and infrastructure providers;
- email providers and transactional messaging tools;
- Brevo for newsletter, double opt-in, list management and unsubscribe handling;
- Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-spam and form security;
- Google Analytics 4 for aggregated statistics, only after analytics consent;
- Stripe for checkout, payments and data connected to service activation, when applicable.
These providers may act as processors or independent controllers depending on the service and their role.
Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate safeguards are adopted, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or supplementary measures under applicable law.
Retention
- Contact requests: for the time needed to reply and manage possible commercial or administrative follow-up.
- Newsletter: until consent is withdrawn or the user unsubscribes, without prejudice to logs needed to prove consent.
- Technical and security logs: for the time needed to protect the service and investigate abuse or anomalies.
- Contractual and tax data: for the periods required by applicable law when services are activated.
Data subject rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection to processing and data portability where provided by law. You may also withdraw consent when processing is based on consent.
